I use to go in July, during the week – in the afternoon, from monday to friday – to Erchie, a small village on the Amalfi Coast, at 20 min. from Salerno by car or SITA Bus.
In Erchie there is a very cute place where to go to the beach, an old fashioned place where it is possibile to stay on the beach on a coat sea (5 euro) and if needed with a beach umbrella and to have the pleasure to have a wonderful bath in a marvellous sea.
It is a very familiar place, where the kind three brothers wait for us every year with their kindness, humor and hospitaly (Via Torre 3, 84010 Erchie).
We can also just seat there on the comfortable veranda looking at the marvellous view of the Norman tower and the high and green coastline road overhead.
Here we can have lunch or dinner…
or just a drink at the bar.
This is a timeless small historical corner in Amalfi Coast, the time has stopped at the 60’s here. All is as it was, this place was opened in 1954 by the grandfather of the three brothers.
